Federal Judge Denies TRO in Schiavo

U.S. District Judge James Whittemore denied a request by Schiavo's parents to re-insert the feeding tube that had been withdrawn Friday. The judge stated in his ruling that the "plaintiffs have not established a substantial likelihood of the success of the merits of their case."
