Steve Miles has just published Medical Investigations of Homicides of Prisoners of War in the Medscape General Medicine online journal. It is quite a read - an inventory of cases in which it now appears clear that physicians and other health professionals used their clinical tools as weapons - or at a minimum neglected to intervene to save those who were at risk from their interrogation.
