Hope They Get Paid Well

Chicago Sun Times and others are parading the great news that a vaccine made with live virus from the bird flu will be shot up the noses of volunteers in April to see whether or not we can prevent a virulent form of H5N1 infection, if one springs to life, from causing a pandemic.

The catch is that 30 volunteers have to try the vaccine. Hope the facilities in Baltimore are better than those in Miami.
