Testosterone as Punishment in the UAE

Der Spiegel, translated loosely at this link, reports that in Dubai a raid resulted in the arrest of several homosexuals who were then given an incredible punishment: testosterone injections to treat or correct or perhaps just hurt them. No word at this point on the response of the UAE to US criticism of their action.
