Brazil Wins

It now appears that Brazil's legislature, pending Presidential signature, has decided that that predominantly Catholic nation - known worldwide for posturing against controversial biotechnology - will allow ESR on embryos stored longer than two years.  How is it that Brazil has a more liberal policy in this area than the USA? - Art Caplan
